Project Mangment Under traditional contracts DP design undertakes the role of client agent and continues its lead role to the site completion stage. The practice oversees construction of the project on site providing full site supervision and monitoring contract progress and expenditure, issuiing all relevant certificates as the project progresses. This is a role that has been carried out on a variey of both private and public projects ranging in value from £200,000 to £1,500,000. The practice also offers a service under a design and build contract where work is still inspected and fees are agreed by DP Design but the design work at this stage is by the main contractor and his Architect or designer. In this role the practice has been involved with projects in the provate sector up to the value of £2,000,000
